Everyone loves to loathe the ‘Big Four’ banks – yet they remain on the shopping list of anyone looking for a home loan. We wanted to show that not only are B&E’s home loans comparable to anything the Big Four could offer, they have something that makes them better: service.

Our simple, self effacing platform was born. Communicating that B&E offer ‘Big 4 banking without the big banks’ provided an engaging platform to highlight all the things that B&E are ‘big for’, from competitive rates all the way through to exceptional customer service.

In a retail environment where competitors cast a very long shadow, we created a campaign that immediately presented B&E as not just the same as the Big 4 banks, but better.
